CLIENT PORTAL

Need to access your account, update you payment method, or manage your appointments? Use the button below to access the Client Portal.

*Please note: The portal is for current clients only. If you are a prospective or past client, please use the Book Now link to contact us.

  • To change your card on file, login to the client portal and add the credit card. Alternatively, when you pay an invoice that was sent tot you, you can keep that card on file for future use.

  • If you need to update, add or change your insurance information, please login to the client portal to add it. Alternatively, you can email info@zola-counseling.com and we will send you a digital form to add your new insurance info. We’ll need to verify benefits and coverage before your next appointment.

  • Notify your therapist in your next session or email us at info@zola-counseling.com. We'll have you sign a release of information form and send you an invoice for payment, if applicable.

    Allow 5-7 business days for form completion.

  • If you would like a third party to cover the cost of your services (i.e. parent, spouse, etc.), please notify your therapist. We will send you an invoice for services rather than charging your card on file.

  • If you have not had an appointment with your therapist for 45 days and no prior arrangements have been made, your chart will be closed in our system and you will not be able to schedule an appointment. If you want to get back on your therapists schedule, we can not guarantee availability.
