Fees listed on our website for therapy services are based on self-pay rates. If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket costs will be determined by your specific health plan.

The cost per session depends on the length of the session. Additionally, if you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket amount is determined by your insurance plan.
Intake Assessment - $175
Individual Therapy (60 Mins) - $160

We charge the following fees per occurrence.
No-Show Fee - $50.00
Late Cancellation Fee - $50.00
Records Request - $50.00
Documentation/Form Completion - $50.00
Please note these fees are not billable to insurance.

We are in-network with most insurances.
Each therapist may be in-network with different insurance companies. View the Insurance section of the therapist profile to see if they are in-network with your insurance.

Licensure laws require that your therapist is licensed in the state you are physically located in at the time of the session, including video sessions.
Some of our therapists are licensed in multiple states. View the Location section of your therapist's profile to confirm if they are licensed where you are physically located.

NON-THERAPY SERVICES
Pricing for non-therapy services (excluding clinical supervision) may vary, depending on a variety of factors including the specific request, travel and mileage, preparation time, etc.

Dyad Supervision - $55/hour/person
Group Supervision - $45/hour/person
We offer supervision packages at a discounted rate:
Individual Supervision Package - $240/month (4 sessions)
Group Supervision Package - $250 for 6 sessions

Our base pricing is as follows:
Social Media Live Posts - $250
Speaking Engagement - Panelist: $500 for 0-5 hours, $100/hour after
