Who I help:
I’m dedicated to supporting women in navigating life’s transitions and emotional challenges. My work focuses on empowering Black women, fostering emotional resilience, and providing compassionate support through the journey of motherhood. I help women navigate the emotional and psychological shifts that come with conception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, addressing challenges such as mood changes, identity shifts, and the stress of balancing personal well-being with caregiving. Whether adjusting to a new role, managing anxiety, or coping with unexpected challenges, I strive to create a supportive space for healing and growth.
How I help:
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where women can openly explore the emotional challenges that come with major life transitions, including pregnancy, birth, postpartum adjustments, career shifts, and evolving personal identities. Using a client-centered approach, I integrate Family Systems Therapy with other evidence-based methods to help clients navigate mood changes, identity shifts, relationship dynamics, and the stress of balancing personal well-being with external demands. My approach fosters self-compassion, strengthens emotional resilience, and empowers women to create meaningful and lasting transformations in their lives.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients often share that they feel truly seen and validated throughout our work together. They appreciate my compassionate and practical approach, as well as my ability to guide them through challenging moments while fostering growth and connection. My dedication to their journey helps them feel empowered and equipped to make lasting changes.
Off the clock:
In my free time, I’m usually reading a book or watching sci-fi shows. I also enjoy juicing and making new tea blends. When I have extra time away, I love to travel with friends and family.
