Who I help:
Most of my clients are young adults navigating life transitions, school challenges, peer relationship difficulties or dealing with multiple stressors. My clients are often looking for support in building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth.
How I help:
It’s important to me to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I also incorporate creative therapies such as dance/movement and expressive arts to help clients build resilience and tap into their strengths and their creative side.
What my clients say about working with me:
My clients often share that they feel heard, supported, and empowered in our work together. They appreciate my creative approaches which help them navigate life challenges and stressors and tap into their strengths. My clients value the collaborative nature of our sessions, feeling that their voice truly matters as we tailor the therapy to meet their unique needs.
Off the clock:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, connecting with loved ones, traveling, practicing spanish, and seeing live performances. Two of my favorite pastimes are scrolling through Zillow and sitting on the porch with a large cup of tea.
